The MongolZ and Chinggis Warriors Represent Mongolia at CS2’s Biggest Stage: Blast Major

The BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 is North America’s first Counter-Strike Major since 2018, hosted in Austin, Texas from June 3 to June 22. This historic tournament introduces a new 32-team format, and proudly includes two Mongolian teams: The MongolZ and Chinggis Warriors.

 The MongolZ – Stage 3 Contenders

Widely regarded as Mongolia’s top team, The MongolZ have earned a direct invite to Stage 3, starting on June 12. Their consistent international performance and high ranking in the Asia-Pacific region positioned them among the world’s elite.

 Chinggis Warriors – Rising Stars

Making their Major debut, Chinggis Warriors qualified by winning the Mongolian & West Asia Regional Qualifier, defeating strong regional opponents to secure a spot in Stage 1. They will kick off their journey on June 3.

Their entry marks a new chapter for up-and-coming Mongolian talent on the global stage.

  • Stage: Begin from Stage 1 (June 3–6)

  • Qualification: Champions of the Mongolian & West Asia Regional Qualifier

For the first time in Major history, two Mongolian teams are competing at the same global CS2 event. As The MongolZ aim for another deep run and Chinggis Warriors make their international debut, Mongolia's presence in the professional Counter-Strike scene continues to grow stronger and more respected.
