Mongolian MLBB team Team Zone have qualified for the Swiss Stage of the M7 World Championship after a successful Wild Card run.
Team Zone, winners of the ESN National Championship, secured their place in the main stage by advancing past ZETA DIVISION, Leon Esports, and Boostgate Esports in the Wild Card stage, before defeating Guangzhou Gaming in the Crossover match. Boostgate Esports also qualified for the Swiss Stage.
This marks the second time a Mongolian MLBB team has qualified for the main stage of the World Championship through the Wild Card.

About M7 World Championship
The M7 World Championship, organized by Moonton, is the seventh edition of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang World Championship and will be held in Jakarta.
M7 marks the second time Indonesia has hosted the tournament, following M4 in 2023. Due to scheduling conflicts with the 33rd Southeast Asian Games, where MLBB is a medal event, M7 is the third World Championship to be held later than its usual schedule.
The tournament features 22 teams competing for a $1,000,000 prize pool, with:
14 teams directly seeded into the Swiss Stage
8 teams advancing through the Wild Card Stage
Participating regions include Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, LATAM, China, Myanmar, Turkey, EECA, MENA, as well as regional qualifiers from Japan, Mongolia, Vietnam, and the Mekong region.
As part of the M7 Carnival, Moonton will also host the inaugural Magic Chess: Go Go World Championship (GO1) from January 10–25, alongside a citywide opening ceremony designed to showcase Jakarta as a global esports hub.

What is a Wild Card in MLBB?
The Wild Card is a pre-tournament qualifier held before the main event of the MLBB World Championship (M-Series), giving a chance teams from emerging and less-represented regions — including Mongolia, Central Asia, the Middle East, South Asia, and Oceania — a pathway to the main tournament.
Teams competing in the Wild Card face the toughest route to the World Championship, as they must play more matches than directly qualified teams, making qualification a significant achievement.
